Shipping via UPS Standard:
Delivery will be made by UPS from Monday until Friday (except for holidays). Shipping time averages 2 to 3 days for shipments within Germany. We realize that you may not necessarily be home when your delivery arrives. While we strongly recommend you are present to accept your delivery in person, it is not mandatory. Don’t to worry - if you’re unavailable at time of delivery, UPS will try to reach you the next 2 days or leave the parcel in a safe place until you arrive home.
On C.O.D. shipments you have to pay the amount in cash to the carrier, no cheque or card payments! |
