How to send Gift Certificates

In order to send a gift certificate, click on the link "Send Gift Certificate" in your shopping cart and fill in the required information such as the first and the last name of the beneficiary as well as a correct email-address, the desierd amount (it is also possible to send partial amounts) and a short message. Please verify and if necessary correct the information before sending.

How to redeem your Gift Certificate

• Select the rug or rugs of your choice and put them into your shopping cart.
• Begin the checkout process. Enter your gift certificate code when prompted. If you do not have an account yet, you can open a new account
• If necessary, you can choose any of our payment methods to pay for your balance owing.
• Any balance remaining will be credited to your account.
• Complete the check out process as normal.
• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
